2) Let's bounce off ideas
We fine tune the brief by sharing ideas, visuals, and video links. We quickly establish what you like and don't like.
3) Let's price everything up
We create different options in different price ranges. We explain essential expenses, and how the event experience can be improved with additional investment. Whatever your budget, we’ll create the event that’s right for you.
4) We become part of your team
From the moment you commit to working with us, we schedule time to move your project forward. You will be assigned a dedicated event planner to guide you through the planning process whenever you need them, backed by a team of specialists.
5) On the night
Take a step back while we make sure everyone is perfectly briefed. We oversee all final preparations and set-up, so you won’t stumble on any surprises. We judge the mood and manage the event flow making sure everything runs smoothly, and everyone is happy.
6) After the guests have left
We oversee the de-rig and ensure the venue is returned in the same state as found. We debrief and follow-up with suppliers, In the event of any other outstanding issue we’ll be there too.
